New Balance UX
Joining the small & mighty Global User Experience team in Fall 2021 - I’ve built up the User Research Pillar, expanded the team’s reach across different groups in the company, and assisted in a variety of projects from improving the Product page, elevating the size guide modal, and conducting workshops to set the global navigation and product badging strategies.
Please note: I’m unable to share current work on my public portfolio, but can in person.
UX Design is one part of the work I do at New Balance.
I cross-collaborate every day presenting insights, designs, and recommendations to the regional site teams, product development, apparel design, and visual merchandising teams.
I’ve coordinated and led many XF workshops using design thinking as a base for success. These workshops have focused on website improvements, experimentation roadmaps, and ideation.
I’ve hosted Hypothesis workshops where I taught regional site teams how to ideate and craft ‘How Might We’ Statements and Hypo statements.
I advocated for the UX Research pillar within our department. After securing a user study tool, I spearheaded and conducted over 55 studies with over 2,000 consumers within the first year of the tool.
I draft, program, and analyze the majority of our user studies continuously.
These user insights led our team to a Product Grid Page Product badging strategy and recommendation, new size guide structures, new page layouts for unique shoe products, as well as general communication expectations & recommendations for consumers.
